This still life is set up on my kitchen counter. The ink was hard to work with because you can't erase your mistakes. I didn't understand how to make the ink a lighter gray. I think I did the best on the spatula. Ink is not my speciality but I would like to experiment more.

PS: you are going to want to make several shades by mixing different amounts of water with the ink. I usually use about 5 values or so and then in the lighter ones you can add some additional interest by drawing lines or making marks to create even more values when they are dry. Well done! Very well done!
